| I've been seriously slacking with welcoming all the new RiGers lately, so I thought I'd make you all one big Welcome! It's awesome to see so many new faces along with all the old (and annoyingly fast posters) we've come to love. Just to let you all know, if I'm not here 24/7, like I used to, it's due to Xmas chores and the not so chore-like activities that goes along with it. Baking gingerbread house with my kids this weekend - my favourite! And no, you can't have!
