Just wanted to add some depth to "getting to know" your fellow RiGers...

I have tons of hobbies, but, I am really hooked on WWII reenacting. I have been a History nut since I was very young. If any of you are into WWII war movies...reenacting WWII is like actually stepping into those movies. I am also a Marine Corps Infantry veteran, so, this is the best thing I can get to people t'rowing hand grenades at me for the rest of my life

We do the German side, but, we are 1000% NOT POLITICAL. We are the "aggressors" to the US/Brit/Russian allied forces...

Like I said, Its a fun hobby, we talk to the WWII vets that are still alive and kicking (less each and every year ) It almost brings me to tears, knowing each year might be these guys last when they come out to the reenactments...I always thank them for their service/sacrifice....They truly were the "Greatest Generation"

Thx, we go all out. We get all dingy, dirty...we realy look like we've been in constant combat for weeks! We have some Canadians in our unit too!

There's a military base close to my home town. I got to ride in a APC (Armored Personnel Carrier) once during an open door event.

And poor Canadians.

Only pic I have readily available, and it's like 3-4 years old...
Little bit less of a hobby and more like a way of life.

I know I've posted my halloween costume, but here's a few up close. My wife and I love halloween, and tend to go all out. I also have a Mad Max costume we put together and I'll try and find those pictures as well.

I'm so not posting pictures of my hobbies. Unless you want to see screenshots of video games and me all sweaty doing aerobics.

I spend something like 12-14 hours a day on a computer.

Its ok Az' lol, you don't have to. Theres still like 165 others, though

I like to dabble in a bit of everything, but normally when I am doing it I don't slow down enough to take pics XD
Snowboarding, Wakeboarding, Longboarding, playing guitar, Video Games, Reading and Writing are among my favorites though.
Also, making videos with cousins (Gamewiz isnt in this XD) is a fun past-time. Here is one of my favorites.

Now all you need to do, is have a captured "actually american" Russian huey. You can fly around blowing buildings up...getting mad at the exploding buildings...and yelling at them...AHHHHHHH!...That does sound like fun!

Well I haven't really had any hobbies in quite a long time other than mmo's and botanical research for my job. However, I did used to ride in a sixteen horse precision drill team which is ironic cuz I'm soo not country. I've always just had a natural affinity for understanding horses (i.e. breaking, training etc.).

My sister and parents roped me into joining the drill team. We did the half-time show for rodeos all over Texas and competed in national competitions. It was a lot of fun. Plus the country girls weren't bad either lol.

It wasn't long before I was the lead rider which I have to say was a little nerve-racking at first being responsible for setting and maintaining the pace of the team.

We did so many shows i can't even count them all. We even did shows at the Cowtown Coliseum, like seveteen weekends in a row.

I don't have any pictures to post. However, on one of these saturdays a film crew just happened to be there shooting scenes for a country music video (God Bless Texas, by Little Texas). My team-mates called me up freaking out cuz there was a clip of me riding in the video. So you can probably see me there if you watch really close lol. I was the only guy on the team with hair down past my shoulders riding a palomino horse (that's the blonde mained ones). It was my half a second of fame lol.

Yeah, I can imagine. And boarding is just the best, if anyone out there has never tried it, you really should!

hobbys hmmm .... sadly wow has my soul i hope tor will redeem me

other then that reading books mainly fantasy Canavan Trudi has some really nice books that i can recommend. Skiing climbing and some other stuff snowmobile can be fun at times
