TOR Snydicate's Next Podcast Guest Is...

...Me!!!

I'll be on tonight with Lordhammer of Guild Umbra and Carla of Corellian Run Radio. They'll be talking to me about the prelaunch community and the most recent TOR news. I'm going to plug my guild and some other guilds that are like minded in gameplay. I'll certainly be bringing up RIG as an example of trying to build a positive prelaunch community.

I had a little mic malfunction at the end, but it went pretty well. I did mention Ty and Darka and host of other folks who I've had the pleasure of talking to in regard to TOR. Lordhammer said they'd like to have me back in a few months as well. To quote Bill Murray, "So, I've got that going for me."

Here it is. You could tell I was a little nervous. I said "you know" way to damn much. Ironic because that's one of my biggest pet peeves when others do it. C'est la vie I suppose. However, it don't think it sounded to bad and I had a lot of fun.

Not bad, my fist listen of the show
While short, its good to see the people doing them.
I dont want to sound like an ass, but this isnt directed towards Xavier ( who was the only reason i listened) Found it a poor quality pod cast compared to some of the others out there.
Just my personal preference

Keep up the good work though Xavier!

I agree it could use some more structure at the least.

Well, to be fair, normally it is more structured but a few things were out of whack last Friday.

Carla was doing the broadcast from the road. She was on vacation for her birthday weekend and was using her laptop, spare headset, and wi-fi instead of her home rig. Also, Lordhammer was doing the recording (which he normally doesn't) and was having problems with Adobe and I was new.

In future weeks the sound quality will be better and the format will be less free form.
