Im not talking about a governing body. No one is supposed to tell anyone what to do.
But you cannot honestly think R.I.G. is going to go far unless you have designated people committed to doing things right?
If you want tournaments, you need Tournament Organizers.
That is what the Senate will do -- Community Organizing, not like a Council for a guild, an events coordination team. | |
